Rob's career highlights include 'Fragile' - a 1970's progressive rock band based in the Cowbridge/Llanaran area. Work commitments led to him travelling a little further afield - to front the 'Booze & Blues Band' in Hong Kong and Taiwan! On his return he became a regular singing with Darren Owen at the White Hart in Builth Wells. More recently he fronted the mighty but short-lived 'Hostage' heavy rock band based in Barry.
Winos Rhinos & Lunatics!!!!!!!!!
We've exposed some more info from Rob's hippie past - curry sharing & inevitable acoustic blues jam with Ginger Baker {Cream} & Mick Taylor {Stones or stoned} at Eddie Offards {producer of Yes albums} home near Marble Arch circa late 70's courtesy of Phil Crowther & co. Warbling away with Andy Powell {Wishbone Ash} Dave Edmunds and partying in a very Welsh & patriotic way with various members of the Man band, Iceberg & Help Yourself at various locations around London & believe it or not Fishguard...

Rob was interviewed on Valleys Radio in August 2006 after a sensational live appearance at the 'Party in the National Park', Talybont on Usk. Seems to get better the more port you pour down him - with a voice that starts off as Neil Young and ends up as Rod Stewart. Also he plays a mean acoustic blues guitar, but whatever happens don't let him near the karaoke machine - once he starts there's just no stopping him...
